Payment options:
You may prepay by money order ONLY (no personal checks). Please mail money orders and/or registration forms to Roxanne Marcum, 1820 Paradise Rd, Orrville OH 44667.
You may pay on the day of the tournament by cash, credit card, or money order (no personal checks).
Registration fees:
If you prepay before August 1, the registration fee is $45 for one division, $55 for two divisions, $65 for three divisions.
If you pay at the tournament, the fee is $55 for one division, $65 for two divisions, $75 for three divisions.
Accommodations:
Because this is a one-day event, there is not a designated tournament hotel. There are a number of hotels to choose from in the Avon, Ohio area, which is located just west of Cleveland.

- Mail us the printable registration form (PDF) with a money order to prepay. (Students of Marcum's Martial Arts may also prepay at the dojo.)
- Register and pay at the door, the day of the tournament.
